Our Social Compliance Policy as Göknur Gıda;

  • To act in accordance with the principles and procedures of children and young workers and not to employ workers under the age of 18
  • Not to employ forced and involuntary workers
  • To fulfill all legal requirements for occupational health and safety of our employees, to take all kinds of precautions to prevent occupational accidents, to provide our employees with a well equipped work environment and hygienic facilities to meet their basic needs.
  • To provide all employees with wages and social rights determined by law
  • To apply working hours and overtime under the laws
  • To employ our employees according to their skills of doing business without language, race, gender, political thought, belief, religion, denomination and similar discrimination
  • Disciplinary action is not applied other than the Laws and the Disciplinary Procedure. Physical violence, threat of physical violence, sexual abuse, other harassing behavior, verbal abuse and intimidation are strictly prohibited.
  • To raise awareness of our employees on environmental friendly policies and standards to prevent environmental pollution and to protect nature.
